Hi all,
Recently played and review Baba is You over on viewport. It’s a puzzle game on PC and the Switch where you change the rules of the level to achieve whatever the goal happens to be.
I think it’s brilliant. It’s simple enough for a child to play it, but the later puzzles are deep enough that they’ll keep puzzle enthusiast truly enthralled. Give it a chance if you play games on either of the platforms that it’s available on. You won’t regret it.
Have you already played it, or were you curious about the title? Let me know in the comments below.

I’ve been meaning to get back to Baba is You. It is SO CLEVER. Really retrain the way you think. Great post!

Thank you.
Admittedly I’m in the same boat. I still haven’t gone back to finish 100% of the puzzles as I got side tracked with other posts and review writing.
Glad to see I’m not the only one who’s played the game. It’s easily one of my favourites so far this year.

I have never heard of “Baba is You” before. However, I have to say that I enjoy the minimalistic design of the video game. I might check it out when I have the time. 😃

Fun fact about the game: Baba and Keke are named after the Bouba/Kiki-effect, which states that people tend to associate soft sounding words (Baba, bubbles, bandana,…) with rounded shapes and rougher words (Keke, critter, …) with edgier, “harder” shapes.
That is something you now know.
